Anyone want an “In-Home Portrait?”

There has been something I have wanted to do for quite some time – and that is “In-Home” Portraits.  I did my first sessions this past March… “awaiting the baby” and again in “another ‘in-home’ portrait session, while in Brandon.  I have been meaning to do more of these – but my clients have been...

Inge - Having had Marlene photograph me and my husband and dogs in our own home, I can personally vouch for the fact that it is a treat to be photographed in a familiar place. No stress, just warm and comfortable… And Marlene can preform magic when she photographs you! So I highly recommend this option to anyone who wants a special photographic experience! Call her and have her capture your in the comfort of your own home! We did and she did a fabulous job for us! Thanks you Marlene! And btw, these photos of Cheryl and Jeff are precious! :-)

Inge - Oh Marlene…. These are so wonderful! I am speechless, which is very unusual for me. :-D You have truly captured the love Michael and I have for each other, and I believe that no one in this whole world could have done this, except for you. You are ‘family’, and hence you can respond to the love we have for each other. Thank you for being a friend, a mentor, a business adivsor and our family photographer. We love you!

Desmond - The last image is spectacular! I told Inge that she has to do something with it, Definitely!! It’s so emotionally charged – perhaps we can convince her to find a new home for some of her art in the living room and print a 50″ canvas for the great wall!

Great Job Marlene

Beautiful maternity portrait…

Another session I did before the end of the year, was a maternity session.  Kari and Terry were thrilled to be having a baby and chose me to photograph this very special time of their lives! This was my favorite image of the session.  I love the mood in this photograph and it will be...

It’s been a while since my last post!

As most photographers know, the months before Christmas are the busiest throughout the year.  That is when it seems you’re going full-tilt and non-stop, trying to photograph as many families as possible so they can gift family and friends with beautiful portraits.  My busy time doesn’t stop right before Christmas – but continues the week...
