At my desk…

September 1st – fall really seems to be in the air!  I have an outdoor session scheduled for later today and one for tomorrow, but it is threatening rain.  I always encourage my clients to book early – because once this time of year comes around – it seems like we run out of days...

On January 23, 5 lb. 10 oz. Marlie du Plessis - I found us on your blog ! Still remember that eerily overwhelming feeling of having Xander handed to me after his birth, and thinking: Who is this stranger ? Who is this little boy ? Now, not even 4 months later, I look at these pictures and think: I recognize you ! You are everything we ever longed for ! I know your gentle heart, your brave little soul, your early morning happy chatter, the very wonderful smell of you… And that is what your pictures do, Marlene. Thank you always.
