August long weekend – summer time. HOT weather, wonderful company, great conversation, spending time outdoors, photographing, playing with the dogs. spending time with friends – is there anything more perfect than that?
I wanted to challenge myself today, and brought out my 50mm 2.8 macro lens and photographed in and around Inge and Michael’s backyard. She has some gorgeous flowers (and two beautiful dogs) and I got some pretty amazing images. Several of these are HDR images. Some 5 exposure HDR and one or two are single image HDR images. I have posted two images of the same subject – one of the tree trunk in the background and the green elder leaves in the foreground – the first one is a SOOC (Straight out of the camera image) and the second one is a 5 image HDR. I really like the HDR.
